Gearing Up For My 2015 Whole Body Detox

It’s almost here. My favorite time of the year. Ok, well I prefer Christmas. And back to school is pretty awesome too. So is summer vacation. Anyhow, it’s one of my favorite times of the year. Why? Cause we’re kicking off spring with an amazing whole body detox program that will allow us to feel ah-mazing going into the summer.

Hard to believe it’s already the 4th edition of the program. And this year, we’ll have over 200 people completing the program in April and May. This program is best done in the spring, the last group start date is just after the Victoria Day long weekend in Canada or the Memorial Day weekend in the US. I will be starting a few days before the first group, as always, on April 7th. I will be blogging daily as well and I am excited to be adding juicing to my detox regime this year. I tried a few blender juices last year with my Vitamix and a cheesecloth but I am hopefully going to have a real juicer this year!!

For me, I find that I need the program to keep me on track for the summer. Once I have completed the 30 Day Whole Body Detox, it’s so easy to keep up good habits in the summer when we tend to slip up. In fact, last summer (2014), I actually lost weight. How strange is that?? Also, because of Eggies. I don’t even want to talk about it. At least I’m not as bad as last year …. watch this video where I share how I finally broke free of my sugar addiction.

I am so excited to support our first group detox starting on Monday April 13th. Products have to be ordered at the latest by Wednesday April 8th but earlier is best.
